The service
StoreCheck Promos is a Shopify promotion preflight tool. It reviews selected discount configuration, runs merchant-initiated cart scenarios, and can create evidence reports. It is a decision aid, not a guarantee that every storefront, market, app combination, checkout, or future Shopify behavior will produce the same result.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the discounts you configure, the scenarios you select, and the campaigns you launch. Confirm material outcomes in your own storefront and checkout before sending customer traffic. Do not use the service unlawfully, probe other shops, interfere with the service, or submit customer personal data as scenario content.
Plans and billing
Free and paid capabilities are described in the app and its Shopify App Store listing. Any paid plan is selected and billed through Shopify. Shopify controls charge authorization, invoicing, cancellation, and applicable taxes. You can change or cancel a plan through the available Shopify plan-management flow.
Availability and changes
We may update the service to improve reliability, security, or Shopify compatibility. We may suspend access when needed to prevent abuse, protect merchants, meet legal obligations, or respond to platform changes. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
No professional advice
Reports and findings are informational. They are not legal, financial, tax, accounting, or marketing advice and do not promise revenue, conversion, savings, or campaign performance.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, StoreCheck Promos is provided “as is.” miniLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from campaign decisions or use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using the service by uninstalling it. Shopify's authenticated uninstall or shop-redaction webhook triggers deletion of shop-scoped sessions, scenarios, run history, and reports.
